5th time in a row I have used this product. I am in love with the results. I use the vials, shampoo, conditioner, and leave in blow dry cream. I wasn't happy with the leave in the first two times but texted with support and they suggested combing through thoroughly which worked. Also I left the conditioner in for 3 minutes instead of washing out right away. I am so happy with the results!!!
